Ungrid Care provided by your installer

Combine Pro monitoring with help from your installer's team. Your installer sets the monthly price and agrees with you on service hours and what's included. Your offer names the company, covered systems, recipient capacity, and price before you accept. You control the access you grant to your installer.

If your installer includes introductory months, your Care price is $0 during that period. The offer shows the future monthly price. After activation, your account shows the confirmed coverage end date. Paid continuation requires your agreement; it is not automatic.

Pro supports additional systems without requiring Care. Care adds human service; it is optional at every system count.

The Yacht page is visible on every plan. When you are ready to connect a yacht, Pro unlocks the Victron Yacht connector, five-minute monitoring, SMS, and location-aware Storm Watch for yachts.

What does Free include?

Free includes one monitored system, hourly checks, Low and Critical Battery Alerts, recovery confirmations, and a Sunrise Energy Brief to the email address on your account. No card is required.

How does Pro capacity work?

Pro includes two systems and three people. Each additional system or person is $2/month. Email and SMS for the same verified person count as one recipient; pending invitations and installer staff do not count. Buying capacity does not enroll anyone or change their consent and delivery preferences.

What is Pro?

Pro is $9.99/month and is monthly only. It includes two monitored systems, three people, 5-minute checks, email + SMS delivery for low, critical, and high-load alerts, Ask Ungrid AI by SMS, Storm Watch, and the Victron Yacht connector. Tesla Car Charging is coming soon.

Can I explore Yacht without Pro?

Yes. The Yacht product page is open to everyone. Connecting a Victron yacht and using location-aware Storm Watch for yachts require an active Pro subscription.
